Whale festival
The heart of the ocean

Fiona Kennedy's large canvas oil paintings have been described as "Art from the Heart".

This year, Fiona returns as part of the Island Whale Festival (July 11-13), showcasing a handpicked selection of prints at Pino's Trattoria.

Each print is numbered and signed and will be available for sale, along with her book and gift cards.

The prints will be on display at Pino's throughout the school holidays.

Over 20 years, Fiona has developed a unique style and personal language of symbols and metaphors that explore her life experiences and connection to nature.

This is uniquely expressed through her work and undeniably felt when in the presence of her artwork.

Her inspirations come from all reflections on the human condition spanning across topics including identity, happiness, love, loss, family and our connections to nature.

Behind every one of Fiona's paintings is a story of nature, symbolism, love and life.

Fiona's work has gained international and local recognition, with paintings being commissioned and sought after by private collectors around the world.

In 2020, she released her first book, "LIFE Through the Heart of Fiona Kennedy', which documented her collection of work to date and told the personal stories behind each painting.

Visit Pino's Trattoria at 29-31 Thompson Avenue in Cowes to truly immerse yourself in fabulous food and incredible art.
