
Phillip Island farmers, including Rhyll's Ian McFee, say conditions have "become much worse". Bill Cleeland at Surf Beach says there is scarce feed in paddocks and they're hand feeding daily, with hay supplies in Victoria and South Australia unavailable and hay being carted from NSW and soon Queensland.
