Football mad 11-year-old Oscar Tuchtan is taking the plunge to raise funds to FightMND.
The grade 6 student at Newhaven College is on the field every Saturday afternoon umpiring in the WGFNC Seniors Competition for South Gippsland Umpires Association.
On Sunday June 12 he is taking his football dedication one step further.
Dressed in his umpire uniform and with whistle in hand, Oscar will take to the Big Freeze ice slide, as part of the community event being organised by the San Remo Hotel to raise vital funds for MND research.
His aim is to raise $1000 for the cause and you can make donations at: hub.fightmnd.org.au/diy-big-freeze-8/oscar-tuchtan.
He’s hoping everyone will jump on and support him and help FightMND.
