A high-profile critic of the government fears pressure from developers and housing lobbies has delayed the final Distinctive Areas and Landscapes (DAL) project. Developers are hoping to get the green light for vast new housing developments at Cape Woolamai's airport land (pictured), Newhaven West, Smiths Beach, Ventnor and San Remo.
