A planning permit - currently out for community feedback - is for a hospitality venue on the ground level and two double-storey dwellings on the upper level at Cape Woolamai. The food and drink premises will accommodate up to 70 patrons and six staff. There will be two carparks on site, which will be for the dwellings, with no car allocation to the shop.
