Stephen began his apprenticeship in butchering in Leongatha in 1991 and completed his trade qualifications at William Angliss College of Tafe in Melbourne.
Having worked in both supermarkets and traditional retail butcher shops, Stephen's experience shines through at The Pantry Cape Woolamai where style meets shoppers' needs.
Deli items include nitrite-free bacon and hams, artisan cheese and ready-to-go heat and eat meals.
