Honorary Islanders Vika and Linda Bull, whose family has owned a holiday home on Phillip Island for decades, both received an OAM for services to the performing arts.

Honorary Islanders Vika and Linda Bull were among 428 people who received an Order of Australia Medal (OAM) as part of the Queen’s Birthday honours list.

The sisters, whose family has owned a holiday home on Phillip Island for decades, both received an OAM for services to the performing arts. 

Terri Allen of Wonthaggi also received an OAM, for her conservation work, including with Friends of the Wonthaggi Heathlands, Wonthaggi Seed bank and Nursery and the Historical Society.
The Governor-General announced Honours to 992 Australians.

“Collectively the recipients, whose achievements span community service, science and research, industry, sport, the arts and more, represent the very best of Australia,” Governor David Hurley said.
