Employee costs in 25/26 will be $38.9 million, rising to $43.6 million in 28/29. Bass Coast Shire Council's CEO office has wages of $499,000, for the CEO and their assistant, rising to $519,000 next year. The current figure of 350 (EFT) staff is expected to rise to 361 in 2028/29.
