Reconciliation commemorative event
The Bass Coast South Gippsland Reconciliation Group invites the community to honour Tunnerminnerwait and Maulboyheenner at a special commemoration on Tuesday January 20, 10am–12pm, at Wishart Reserve, Wonthaggi.
The ceremony will include a Welcome to Country, Smoking Ceremony, guest speakers and collective remembrance. All are welcome. Light refreshments to follow at Wonthaggi Town Hall.
A respectful gathering for reflection, truth-telling and reconciliation.
