Residents of Shetland Heights Road say they’ve been abandoned by the government and Bass Coast Shire Council.

Faced with increased traffic due to the new school campus, residents believe the unsealed road, open drains and constant dust are a health and safety hazard, but say both council and the state government are ignoring their pleas to improve the road.
