Rosa's our No. 1!
Matriarch of Pino's Trattoria was the number one ticket holder at this year's MotoGP.
Local legend and matriarch of Pino's Trattoria in Cowes, Rosa Scarlato was named the number one ticket holder at this year's MotoGP on Phillip Island.
For decades, MotoGP riders from around the world have made Pino's their home-away-from-home during the annual Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix.
Since opening in 1991, Pino's has become a staple among locals, as well as a mainstay of the MotoGP calendar. Memorabilia lines the walls, including Australia's own Jack Miller who traded his race suit for a table on a busy night - one of many tactics used by riders and fans alike over the years to score a seat at Rosa's place.
Rosa made the most of her poll position, heading out to the track to get close to the action and the riders.
And of course, the doors of Pino's were open wide welcoming riders and the spectators who flocked to Phillip Island for the event.
