The Phillip Island and San Remo Rotary Club hosted its popular Puttin’ on the Ritz ball on May 20, raising $25,000.
The money will be evenly split between the new Cowes Community Hospital for its therapy/rehabilitation garden, and Victorian flood victims.
The money for flood victims will be distributed in $500 amounts through the Rochester Rotary Club.

Guests were treated to a three course meal and were entertained by local bands Island Jazz and Rock House, with money also raised through auctions on the night.
Organisers thanked all those who attended and the many generous local sponsors who contributed to the night’s success, particularly OBrien Real Estate and the Bendigo Bank.
