Ryder’s upped his target
Ryder Evans is now on his way to completing 1000 kilometres before the end of September.
Readers will remember our story at the beginning of September about Ryder Evans, who took on the 30-day Starlight Foundation’s Tour de Kids, which raises money for sick children and their families.
His goal was to ride 750 kilometres over the 30-day period, on a virtual trainer at home, in between home schooling lessons.
The great news is that Ryder met his initial target last Thursday (September 17) and is now on his way to completing 1000 kilometres before the end of September.
He has raised $3099 so far, at just over halfway through the month.
He is still hoping to achieve more for the Foundation, with a week to go until September 30.
