San Remo Channel Challenge

Fantastic entertainment, a new over 60s category, and a top line of talented competitors are locked in for this year's San Remo Channel Challenge on Saturday February 10.
The race, which is the second leg of the Bass Coast Series, is scheduled to start at 12.15pm and expects to attract over 600 entries.
This year's guest starter, John Dickie, represents decades of dedication from the Dickie family to the event.

Friday February 9
5.30pm - 8.00pm:    Race Centre open - San Remo Hotel. Collection Of Race Packs. Late entries taken.

Saturday February 10
8.00am:     PISR Rotary Market opens: Arts, crafts and general stalls
8.00am:    Race Centre opens - San Remo Hotel. Race Packs - Online registrations only.
11.00am:    Heats - Men's Tug-Of-War, Foreshore
11.30am:    Race Centre closes
12.00noon:    Competitors race briefing at start
12.15pm:    38th Channel Challenge starts
1.30pm:    Finals - Tug-Of-War - Men and Women, Foreshore
2.15pm:    Presentations on stage - San Remo Hotel
3.00pm:    Music at San Remo Hotel - The AMA Band
