San Remo gets crazy to support Monkey in my Chair

The students at San Remo Primary got ready for school on a special day last week, with a bit of a twist.
The children were invited to put on their craziest socks and bring along a donation to school, to support a charity called Monkey in my Chair.
The charity donates resources to classes which have a student who is unwell and unable to attend school on a full-time basis.

The packs include a life size monkey that fills the place of such students when they must be away, and helps the class stay connected with the student by sharing photos and experiences.
Monkey in my Chair recently supported San Remo Primary while one of their students was unwell, and the school was thrilled to be able to give back to the organisation that had worked with them.
