Senseless sensors?
In 2023 the $377,000 controversial parking sensor project saw 506 underground sensors installed by Bass Coast Shire Council around Cowes. Earlier this month - three years after being installed - these Thompson Avenue sensors were pulled out to make way for the top half of the main street's upgrade.
