Shore Break: theatre & mental health panel

A groundbreaking one-off event at Berninneit on July 30, combining live theatre, expert panels on mental health, as well as the opportunity to discuss mental health, bonding and connect.

Shore Break is a compelling 75-minute piece of theatre, performed by Chris Pitman, delving into themes of surfing, masculinity, isolation and the quest for human connection.

The solo performance will be followed by a panel including local surfing legend Ross Clarke-Jones, Chris Pitman - the writer and performer of Shore Break and facilitated by mental health expert Paul Milne.

Attendees will then be invited for post-show nibbles in the foyer.
