Significant property loss predicted
In less than two years, since 2022, in a "hotspot" near Sanders Road, about 16 metres of foreshore has been lost to erosion. This area has lost volumes of sand in recent weeks, with bulldozing of debris a band aid measure last Thursday to slow erosion.
