This was followed by U17s playing Gippsland U16s in a practice game as part of their preparation for the country championships in Ballarat on King’s birthday weekend.
Four players have been selected in the squad – Xavier, Balian, Angus D and the coach is the club’s very own Darren Dempsey.
Round 6 saw U12A, U14, U17 and women’s teams all off with a bye while other teams made the trip to Trafalgar with the exception of U12Bs who played at home.
The Mini Roos also hit the road and had the chance to play over at the new ground in Lang Lang.
U12 Blue
The kids came up against a great team in Drouin Yellow today.
The Breakers scored the first three goals, but Drouin fought back. At 5-5, the Breakers scored the last goal to win 6-5.
U12 had a full subs bench today, so it truly was a team effort.
Goals were shared amongst Harry, Henry and Blair.

U12B Red drew against Trafalgar 3-3.
U12B Blue defeated Drouin 6-5.
Reserves lost to Trafalgar 3-2.
Seniors lost to Trafalgar 3-2.
