Solar power reduces carbon footprint

The Wonthaggi Hospital Expansion (WHE) has been built with sustainability in mind, with a key environmental feature being the installation of solar panels on the roof.

The system is connected to the hospital power supply and will generate electricity to be used in the WHE, offsetting our use of mains electricity.

The solar system will have a total capacity of 350kW.
