Soult Wellness Spa: More than a day spa
Soult Wellness is creating a new wellness culture in Bass Coast.

Soult Wellness Spa has quickly become one of the Bass Coast's most talked-about wellness destinations since opening its doors earlier this year, with overwhelming support from both locals and visitors to the region.

Founded by local couple April and Jake, Soult Wellness was created with a vision to offer something deeper than a traditional day spa or recovery centre: a place focused on nervous system reset, deep relaxation, and whole-body wellbeing.

The response from the community has exceeded expectations, with many Fridays and Saturdays booked out weeks in advance and close to 2000 bookings already through the doors in just a short time.

"We always hoped people would connect with what we were creating," says founder April.

"But the feedback has honestly been incredible. People leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more like themselves again.

"That's been really special to witness and I'm truly grateful to be able to offer our services to the community."

Blending luxury spa experiences with modern wellness offerings, Soult Wellness features magnesium float therapy, infrared sauna and red light therapy, steam sauna and cold plunge experiences, massage rituals, salt therapy, and meditation spaces; all intentionally designed to help guests slow down and reconnect.

The spa has quickly built a reputation for offering a level of wellness experience not often found in regional areas, attracting guests from across Bass Coast, Phillip Island, and beyond.

Expansion

As demand continues to grow, the business is now preparing to expand by opening additional treatment rooms and introducing new wellness experiences to meet community interest.

"We're seeing more people prioritising their wellbeing than ever before," April explains.

"People are craving spaces where they can properly switch off and take a breath from the busyness of life. We feel really grateful the community has embraced what we're doing."

The expansion will allow Soult Wellness to welcome more therapists, broaden its treatment menu, and continue evolving as a destination for rest and restoration in the region.

The team also plans to introduce more group wellness experiences and community-focused offerings in the coming months, including immersive wellness days and specialised events designed around relaxation, connection, and self-care.

For April and Jake, the growth of the business represents more than commercial success.

It reflects a changing conversation around health and wellbeing within regional communities.

"We built Soult from a place of passion," says April.

"We wanted to create a space where people could truly exhale. Seeing how much the community has connected with that has made all the hard work worth it."

As winter approaches and life continue to move at a relentless pace, Soult Wellness is proving that wellness is no longer seen as a luxury, but something people genuinely need.
