Speaking out: Come join Toastmasters

After a two year break due to Covid, the Bass Coast Toastmasters group has started up again.

The group meets every second and fourth Wednesday of the month, at the San Remo Hotel, at 7.30pm.

The not-for-profit group is open to everyone, and aims to give people confidence, by getting them used to speaking in front of others.

"It’s a fantastic way to develop your verbal presentation skills, and for anyone that likes TED talks, it’s also really interesting to listen to the other speakers,” said one member.

Guests are very welcome to attend the meetings at no charge, to find out what Toastmasters is about.
