U10 Red
In wet and cold conditions, the Island kids showcased their impressive wet-footy-skills in their match against Korumburra Bena.
Fletcher, serving as Captain, led the team with a whopping three goals.
Harper back from his time off returned to top form, while Seb played a crucial role in defence.
Awards went to Aria, Harper, Bode and Seb for their outstanding performances.
The Island's ruckmen Bode, Bohdan, Ashton and Taj excelled with their tap outs to the midfielders.
Aria's skills were excellent with her fast hands and Lachie worked well all over the ground.
U10 Blue
A trip to Inverloch saw the U10 pups short a few players resulting in Inverloch kindly lending Phillip Island four players.
Co-Captains Sunny and Nicholas gave rousing motivational speeches to the team, which led to a fierce match up - the Island showcasing their strength throughout the first half.
Leith, William and Ethan were solid in the middle, feeding the ball into the forward line for goals by Hugo and Eddie.
Tackling machine Leith was relentless up the forward, dazzling with a snap around the corner for a goal.
The battle intensified in the second half, with Inverloch upping the ante.
Continuous efforts by Ryden and the backline kept Inverloch's scores to a minimum.
The team thanks the honorary Inverloch players for stepping up and putting in a superb effort.
Award winners paid close attention to Coach Steve - they were rewarded by being in optimal positions to clear the ball from packs and move it down the ground.

U14 Girls
Last Friday night under lights, the Phillip Island U14 Girls took on Leongatha in an evening showdown that saw the team take their strongest win of the season thus far.
The team showcased skill and strength right out of the gate, maintaining possession in their forward early on, leading to multiple scoring shots and goals throughout the first.
As the quarters progressed so did the talent of this team. Some epic clearances out of the centre by their speedy midfielders kept scoring ability on maximum charge.
The backline was fierce and worked well as a team, ensuring they kept the oppositions forward line under the Island's control.
As the girls head into the tail end of the season the team has shown incredible refinement of their game skills.
