The Reds took on Wonthaggi at home this week and the conditions were perfect.

Zane Larsson won plenty of hardball and seemed to be everywhere we needed him.

Wonthaggi started quickly in the third quarter kicking a goal out of the middle and were looking red hot.

Kolby Carton was having none of it and dominated in defence, getting to the ball first and reading the play perfectly.

Quick goals from Archie Robinson and Ziggy Wagner swung the momentum back to the Reds, giving us a handy lead heading into the final term.

Nash Hornsby Ramage had a huge final quarter, playing smart football and leading to all the right spots.

The ball movement was the best for the year, and we took the game on at every opportunity.

Flynn Riley kicked a superb goal on the run and the scoreboard pressure mounted for the opposition.

Another goal was needed to seal the deal and up stepped Declan Dickson, gathering the ball at the top of the square and dribbling the ball through for a major.
