Start of streetscape project for Cowes
A tender is out for a contractor to work on Stage-1 of the Cowes Streetscape Masterplan, which will see one way traffic on Thompson Avenue (from Chapel Street) and The Esplanade, as well as landscaping, hardscaping and improved pedestrian access.
