The TV show's executive producer and creator Julian Cress, in one of the house courtyards, said they would be quoting a reserve of high $1 million for the houses, with local real estate agents chosen by the contestants: Ray White (two homes), Stockdale and Leggo, OBrien and Alex Scott.
