The Island proves too hot to handle for the Demons - Under 16s
Jasper Cashman keeps control under pressure in the U16s.

On a spectacular sunny May Saturday, the Bulldogs ventured up the road to Koo Wee Rup to take on the Koo Wee Rup Demons for Round five.

Arriving at the ground without a breath of wind (a rare occurrence indeed), with the oval in superb condition, an exciting day of county football beckoned.

The second away game introduced a larger ground, so the new game style of the Bulldogs likely to be tested in the wide-open spaces again!

Under 16s

A foggy Saturday morning cleared into a beautiful sunny day when Phillip Island Bulldogs U16s travelled down the highway to meet Koo Wee Rup.

It was a tough game of footy, but the team kept up their grind, opening up the game after the first quarter.

They were able to do this by thinking well under pressure and implementing changes as needed.

Displaying great teamwork, the boys ran the game out well, and each player contributed to bring home the win.

Go Doggies!
