Two silver winners
The Island's Patrick Ryan and Keith Robinson, were presented with a silver medal each at the Australian Championships last week.
Phillip Island’s Patrick Ryan and Keith Robinson won silver medals with the Victorian under 20 men’s basketball team at the Australian Championships held in Mackay Queensland last week.
Both boys started each game and played important roles in the team’s success with Keith leading the tournament in 3 point shooting percentage.
They began in Aussie Hoops in Cowes as five year olds and played all their junior basketball in the local competitions and with the Phillip Island Rips.
The Phillip Island Basketball Association is very proud of their achievements and wish them well on the next step in their basketball careers.
