One of Phillip Island’s oldest residents has passed away at the age of 104.

When she was in her ‘80s Viv Reith’s grandchildren started calling to ask for copies of her recipes.  As a result daughters Miranda and Frances collaborated with Vivian to produce a recipe book titled “By Special Request”.
