The local School Strike for Climate group is celebrating a big win, after Whitehaven Coal was unable to renew its corporate loan.

As part of the National “Move Beyond Coal” movement, the local School Strike for Climate group, held protests outside NAB branches in Cowes, Wonthaggi and Inverloch. Whitehaven Coal announced last week it failed to renew its $1 billion corporate loan.
