Ken Hailey believes if a 1.2 metres or 1.4 metres sea level rise was adopted as the new planning benchmark, more homes along Phillip Island's coast would be impacted. A rise in sea level modelling will see areas affected covered by a Land Subject to Inundation Overlay.
