What we really think of council
In the 2024 Local Government Community Satisfaction Survey, Phillip Island residents were most likely to be unimpressed with waste management. Sixty-two per cent of respondents said council's overall performance stayed the same while 19 per cent said it deteriorated and nine per cent said it improved.
