Which Phillip Island towns most at risk from storm surge?
Life Saving Victoria – which last week released a report on storm surge – said its members had observed the influence of rising sea levels on numerous beaches. At the Cowes Yacht Club, too, rising sea levels are apparent with sand scraping works shoring up the foreshore this month.
