Residents in the Koala Estate area of Cowes west vowed fight Bass Coast Shire Council's plans to return their roads to gravel. They've scored a victory, with council last week releasing a statement saying it would "pause upcoming works to remove deteriorated dust suppressant seals in Cowes West and Reid Street, Rhyll.
