Offshore wind turbines have officially been excluded off the coast of Phillip Island and Gippsland west of Wilsons Promontory.

The Federal Government has officially banned ocean wind turbines off the coast of Phillip Island through to Wilsons Promontory: “The environmental risks associated with developing here are just too great,” said the minister last week.
