Public health hero Kylie Lindorff, of Turn the Page in Cowes, is the winner of a prestigious World Health Organization (WHO) award, in recognition of her work promoting plain packaging for cigarettes, and advising governments and non-government organisations in many countries about effective policies to reduce the death toll from tobacco use.
