Bass Coast 90 per cent double vaxxed
Bass Coast is now at 91.4 per cent double vaxxed.
Every shire in Gippsland has now passed the 95 per cent first dose vaccination mark, with Bass Coast now at 91.4 per cent double vaxxed.
The rest of the shires are close behind, with Latrobe the only area below 80 per cent double vaccination, although it is expected to reach the target within days.

According to state government figures, at the start of the week there were 33 Covid cases in Bass Coast, with Gippsland Region Public Health Unit confirming it was managing 24 active cases.
There are currently no public exposure sites listed for the area.
Last week, a student at Newhaven College tested positive, and classmates were notified and directed to get tested and isolate. The school was deep cleaned over the weekend and school, including exams, proceeded as normal this week.
On Friday, the drive through testing sites in Cowes and Wonthaggi were closed due to the high winds and Bass Coast Health set up a temporary testing site at Capeview Mitre 10 in Wonthaggi.
