The inaugural Phillip Island Bass Coast Dog Owners Association's Christmas Dog Walk on the weekend was a huge success.

What a fantastic morning!

Despite the early drizzle the inaugural Phillip Island Bass Coast Dog Owners Association's Christmas Dog Walk  was a huge success.

Co-organiser Cheryl Owens thanked all of the humans and dogs who attended the happy event.

“We really appreciated your support. How good was it to see all the dogs enjoying their off-lead beach time? Not a single problem, and so good for our physical and mental health, and social connectedness,” said Cheryl.

Chery congratulated award winners Bodie and Deena, who won the prize for best Christmas dressed dogs, with handmade dog coats complete with bells and Christmas cards to Santa (all they wanted was chew toys with squeakers and some dog treats).

“We look forward to seeing you all next year and a merry woofness to all,” Cheryl said.
