Community Come & Create Day Berninneit - 26th September
Join the Phillip Island Conservation Society for a colourful and creative Community Come & Create Day at Berninneit.
This fun, inclusive workshop invites all ages and abilities to come together to create puppets and costumes from recycled materials, learn songs, hear stories about Westernport Bay and discover more about the wonderful wildlife that calls the bay home.
The creations will become part of the colourful Coming Together for Warn Marin (Westernport Bay) procession, taking place at Berninneit on 3 October at 2pm.
Workshop Activities
- Create puppets and costumes from recycled materials
- Learn songs to sing while parading
- Hear stories about Westernport Bay and its amazing wildlife
- Get creative while learning about protecting our local environment
