Through the community’s generous support, the Twilight Branch has supported vulnerable women and children by donations locally to the Early Learning Centre, PICAL food bank and the Women’s Friendship Cafe.
Statewide they have donated to Women’s Housing Ltd, McCauley House – a women’s refuge, and Rochester to assist with rebuilding lives made vulnerable through the recent floods.
You can easily find the Twilight ladies at the market, with their fabulous marquees and signage purchased through grants from Bass Coast Shire and Bendigo Community Bank.
“We are so much more than tea and scones but our cooking enables us to assist those in need,” said President Sally Matthews.
“Our branch advocates for those women who are vulnerable and we invite you to join us. We are engaged, active and committed to improving the lives of women in our community.”
