The Phillip Island Auto Racing Club is bringing magic to the track, with the return of Island Magic this weekend.

November 27 and 28 provides a feast for car lovers, with great entries in all categories, and a sunny spring weather forecast … all the components for a fun weekend at Phillip Island.

Action on the track over the weekend includes the 50K Plate Sports Sedans. The final round of the 2021 Australian Sports Sedan Series, with 38 loud “Ground Shakers” to rattle your teeth and fill your ears with a V8 growl as Lacey Camaro, Maclurkin Aston Martin, Camm Corvette, Tamasi Calibra-Chev, Caruso Audi-Chev, Randle Saab-Chev and Woodman BMW-Chev, all looking to keep Robbo in the Aussie Monaro off the podium.

Big cars, big, beautiful circuit, all supported by Ramada Resort Phillip Island.

Michael Miceli now has 5 PIARC Victorian Historic Touring Trophies in his Mustang Boss 302, with 34 other vehicles to challenge him from the 60s and 70s in Camaros, Mustangs, Chargers, Toranas, Cortinas, Capris and more.

The Sports Cars are back for a 16th consecutive year for the CUE Victorian Tourist Trophy, and will see exotics take to the grid with Audi LMS, seven Porsches, and three Lamborghinis. Richard Bendell’s monstrous 7 Litre SIN R1 550 is joined by a Mustang GT and a BMW M4 GT4 and more adding to survival of the two one-hour battles.

CoolDrive Auto Parts Formula Fords and Formula Ford 1600s will feature strongly with 27 entries confirming their popularity and close competition which is legendary.

The Speco VHT Formula Vees are back with 30 odd battling up to four abreast on the Island’s famed sweepers. Who will prevail, be it wise old heads or the young and restless?

Traction Tyres Yokohama Improved Production Cars: Can we expect challenges from Cruse Nissan S13, Butcher BMW M3, or the GM V8s of Milano, Poole, Tonks, Grech-Cumbo or any of the 26 Mazdas, BMWs, Nissans, Hondas and more all lurking.

Nineteen Porsche 944s keep up the Sports Car numbers, but can Beller continue to dominate the Isola di Capri menu or will the Saloon Cars be out for their share with their own field of Fords and Holdens.

Last but not least, 46 of the craziest Excels in the country compete for the Burson Garage Auto Parts Excel Challenge, a sight not to be missed.
