Local agency finalists in Real Estate awards

Cape Woolamai locals and owners of real estate agency- One Agency Country to Coast, Anthony Clark and Jaclyn Clark, alongside their business partners, Dean and Natalie Macfarlane, recently attended the Real Estate Business Awards in Sydney.

Their agency was a finalist in the prestigious national awards for the category of New Office of the Year 2022.

One Agency Country to Coast was the dream of Anthony and Dean’s, which came to fruition in 2019.

After years of working in the real estate industry, they thought they could make a difference for their vendors, their community, their families, and their future team members.

One Agency Country to Coast does not have your traditional brick and mortar office with the shop front. They work from home, and travel to their clients providing a much more flexible arrangement for the client and the agent.

This structure also keeps expenses down, enabling them to charge a lower commission and provide an excellent standard of service. 

The team at One Agency Country to Coast are very proud of their motto, Low Commission - Great Service.

They pride themselves on being able to offer low commissions to their vendors, saving them significant amounts of money, whilst still providing high-quality service. Between February 2021 and March 2022, they have sold 281 properties and saved their vendors $1,499,785.90 in commission; this is based on their rate versus a two per cent comparison rate.

They truly are a team, there is no competition between the agents, they all celebrate one another’s wins.

This has taken it from an unknown brand in the area to one of the highest performing agencies in Gippsland based on sales and is now ranked fifth in Gippsland on the REA agency list for highest sales.

Being named as a finalist in New Office of the Year Award for 2022 was formal recognition that the business structure, marketing, values and its amazing team are clearly making a difference in the real estate industry.

A monthly blog covers  an array of topics from what to look for in an agent, buying a home, the process of buying and selling, the terminology used in real estate sales as well as a collaboration with Reno Rookies on renovation advice. The team has also collaborated with Landcare Bass Coast for gardening inspiration that is suited to the local flora and fauna and One Agency Country to Coast provided sponsorship assisting them in the purchase of a new trailer. The agency has also sponsored the Nilma-Darnum Netball Club, Phillip Island Net-Set-Go and the Neerim-Neerim South Football and Netball club.
