Midweek at Lang Lang
Winners on the good score of 37 points were: Mark Hanrahan (S), Alex Martin (2), Phil Wright (3) & Liz Hughes (L).
A total of 46 bowlers were greeted by a warm and windy autumn day at the South West Gippsland Midweek Bowls Group weekly social competition played at Lang Lang Bowling Club on Thursday April 16.
Players were signed in by President John Nicholson while Bev and Vern Elliott arranged the teams.
The gusty wind proved extremely challenging resulting in some erratic bowling at times with some wrong bias bowls contributing to our Royal Childrens Hospital tin.

Runners up on a score of 32 points were: Bob Arnold (L), Robyn Dahl (3) & Bill Sherriff (S).
Best One Game winners today on 20 points for winning 10 ends were: Peter Grattan (S), Neil Andreatta (3), Ron Hughes (2) & Tamara Foord (L).
