A new 60km/hr speed sign on Ventnor Beach Road was – according to residents – damaged after “raising the ire of road users”.

New speeds rolled out — Ventnor local Helen Dean was “surprised by some hostile reaction to speed cuts”. Last month Regional Roads Victoria announced roads on Phillip Island would have a maximum speed limit of 80km/hr.
