Updated plans for Newhaven’s old boys home development have been lodged with Bass Coast Shire.

As allowed under the 2010 permit, the recreation hall in the top north-east corner will be demolished for 14 townhouses – each with a plunge pool, while a small section of the north-east wing of the boys’ home will be removed for a hotel entry, excluding the existing turret (pictured, right).
