Behind the scenes at Berninneit
1 min read

Bass Coast Shire Council is offering free, guided tours of Berninneit, starting from next Tuesday, September 9 at 11am.

The tour, on a Tuesday morning, will give a “behind the scenes” look at the centre, led by centre staff “and expert hosts”, ready to answer all your questions.

The half an hour tours will let the public:

• Explore meeting rooms, kitchen facilities, art gallery, MYLI library, kiosk and theatre stage – including behind-the-scenes access.

• Hear about the technical capabilities and facilities of the building.

• Get room details, pricing, and booking info on the spot.

“We are so thrilled that these tours are now available to our community – to ensure everyone has the opportunity to get inside and see what possibilities are available for themselves, their companies, organisations and creative groups,” said Bass Coast Shire Council Mayor, Cr Rochelle Halstead.

“We have had over 1000 activations in the space since it opened with nearly half of all events being locally produced.

“We have some fantastic feedback that the team are looking forward to sharing with everyone on these tours and of course encouraging even more locals to come into these magnificent world-class spaces,” she said.

The tours are free, but bookings essential.
