PI Landcare community battery information session and tree planting

Phillip Island Landcare will be holding an information session about the proposed community battery at its future home on Gap Road.

The session on Tuesday September 6 will start at 9.30am with morning tea and will be followed by tree planting, on the council land at the north end of Gap Road.

Anyone interested can also sign up to a Victorian-first 12-month renewable energy trial that could lead to an island-wide power sharing project.

The tree planting was scheduled for last Tuesday but was delayed a week due to bad weather.
