PICAL thrown a lifeline by Neighbourhood Houses Gippsland.

Although unconfirmed by the PICAL Committee of Management it is understood key players are keen to see a new not-for-profit organisation set up after the November meeting. In the meantime, Neighbourhood Houses Gippsland has confirmed it "will step in as a caretaker" if PICAL is wound up.
