PIMHAG - AGM

The PIMHAG AGM will be held via Zoom.

The business of the Annual General Meeting shall be:
1) an update on the affairs of the group,
2) conducting elections for committee,
3) voting on special resolutions (if required),
4) announcement of Life Membership(s) if awarded.

This AGM will be limited to members only and require that attendees pre-register by September 7 to enable us to track attendance and voting automatically.
After pre-registration, members will then be sent a unique invitation to the meeting.
