Plant a tree with Landcare
Planting Indigenous trees and shrubs is a key part of what we do at Landcare.
Planting Indigenous trees and shrubs is a key part of what we do at Landcare. We love to have volunteers of all ages and abilities working alongside us, to make Phillip Island a biodiverse, healthy landscape which provides shelter and food for native animals, as well as improving water quality and preventing land degradation.
Tree planting is not only beneficial to the land and wildlife, but also to you. These planting days are a great way to spend time with your family and friends, to explore new areas which you normally wouldn't have access to (which can offer some spectacular views!), you'll get out in nature, get your hands dirty, work on your fitness, and of course enjoy that warm fuzzy feeling you get knowing what a difference your help has made to the land for future generations.

Phillip Island Landcare Group holds many tree planting days every year throughout late Autumn to early Spring. Most plantings run from 10am – 1pm and finish with a delicious barbeque lunch with great company.
Please see our planting calendar for upcoming events at www.phillipislandlandcare.org.au and let us know if you can make it along to any.
